This section would typically contain sample distribution agreements, store-specific agreements, etc. The only content that I can contribute at this time is a sample reseller partner agreement that can used as an initial template (screen with your own legal).
There are a lot of tips and tricks to watch out for in some of the distributor agreements, so you don’t want to be green when you initiate this process. I would recommend you work with one of the pre-screened
