Program Policies & Partner Agreement

Every program needs a partner agreement and clearly defined policies based on best practices so there are clear expectations–you can’t hold partners accountable for following something they never saw.

And, your policies should not just be in the partner agreement–since the sales team usually has to follow them, and they may or may not have ever seen the partner agreement. Instead, the policies should be next to the corresponding forms–so there is no question they’ve seen them.
