Step 4 - Initial Configuration

Chanimal completes a detailed initial configuration. Changes logos, colors, directories, and menus.

Step 5 - System Review

Meeting to review and customize each page, policy, and system

Step 6 - Testing

Detailed testing of the forms, LMS, partner locator, forum, newsletters, and links

Step 7 - Training

Training on how to add partners, content, courses, etc. It also, includes numerous video tutorials.

Step 8 - Support

Ongoing support by phone, email, text, chat, Skype or Zoom
