Editable Partner Forms

PRM Partner Forms

Partner forms are pre-configured (but editable) with industry best-practice questions for capturing all partner-related data. The data transmitted through these forms is your main online interaction with your partners.

This information goes into a built-in MySQL database that can stand alone, or integrate with your CRM or marketing automation systems—either the form or the CRM/MA system can notify you when a form is submitted.

Following are the main pre-configured forms:

Partner Agreement & Application

This is a partner “Job” application—not a lead form. It contains detailed profile information to help you qualify partners initially, and later when you need to find new partners similar to your best ones. Includes a “Click-Through” partner agreement for Reseller & Affiliate forms.

Deal Registration

Partners register or “claim” accounts. You can approve or reject. Reduces channel conflict.

Referral Form

Can be used by referral partners to manually submit leads. Or, partners can submit referrals through links via the Affiliate Management module.

Place Order

The option to have partners submit purchase information through this form—which can be easily customized for your process.

Portal Survey

A built-in survey for partners to give feedback about your portal and partner program.

NFR Quiz

Used by a partner salesperson after the initial portal overview to test knowledge of program. Completion is often tied to NFR copies as an incentive.

MDF Request

Contains the form and the industry best-practice MDF policy.

Landing Page Lead Form

Used when referral partners link to a landing “squeeze” page you create for their referral links.

Business Intelligence

Partners can report competitors promotions, recruiting efforts, etc. that you can learn from and leverage.

Import & Export. Easily import each form, or export with select entries using conditional logic, or date ranges.
Spam Protection. Includes Captia and reCaptia, along with an anti-spam honeypot that can either remove or create an entry that is identified as SPAM.
