Limits Login Attempts

You control how many attempts are allowed, the minutes to lock out, incapacitate DDoS attacks, plus create a White and Black List. You can also disable XML RPC Requests from remote locations.

Limit Admin Access

Ability to restrict admin access to only one IP. Can limit portal content and any page by partner levels.

Optional Two-Factor Login

Requires confirmation of identity from a 2^nd source (text, email) to validate identity. Available to turn on as needed.

Auto-update – PRM Security

Option to manually or automatically update most of the system, or each application to the most recent version to reduce the risk of exploits from exposed code.

Trusted Theme

Uses a well-supported, trusted theme that continually updates and maintains security.

SSL Certificate

This is controlled at the host level, but it is easy to activate to make it more difficult for hackers to steal valuable information when transferring data within the system.

Backups

Ability to create regular backups to restore quickly if needed. Backups can be stored on the server or remotely.

Permissions

The admin can create users for editing and adding content, without exposing the complete backend. End Users are always prohibited from making edits to the site and applications via WordPress or the associated add-ons.

Force Secure Passwords

Easily identifies weak passwords and includes the ability to require a strong selection.

Optional Security Plugins

Easily add free or paid plugins like Wordfence, Sucuri Security, or BulletProof Security to prevent malware.

Most of these include a real-time firewall, upload scanning, malware signature updates, real-time IP blocking of malicious IPs, backdoor checking, repairing compromised files, and alerts.

Note: some of these security providers are automatically added by your host provider, while some are restricted from use—check with your host provider.

Optional Activity Logs

You can also add optional plug-ins like WP Activity Log to monitor changes to posts, pages, themes, and plugins—making it easy to identify potential nefarious changes.
