Does it have Action Tracking?
Yes. Action tracking is usually referred to within email campaigns when you can see who opened, or clicked through your links. The Chanimal Partner Portal has detailed action tracking within the email marketing module (along with charts, graphics, ratios, etc.). In addition, the included Chat software tracks actions and shows where a visitor has gone, what they have clicked on and more. Plus, the affiliate software tracks a prospect from lead to conversion and ensures affiliate partners get credit for their leads.
Is there Opportunity Management?
Yes. Opportunity Management is another term for Deal Registration or Deal Reg. See the Feature section for details.
Does the portal have a shared calendar?
Yes. It includes a calendar that can display in list or monthly view and it pulls the data directly from Google Calendar. Most CRMs and marketing automation applications, and most mobile apps can easily connect to the Google Calendar. Add or edit events there and it automatically shows up in your portal event calendar (saving you double entry).
What about Broad Workflows?
